The Artwork Planner takes ownership of developing, coordinating, and delivering artwork assets for De’Longhi Braun Household Appliances, from Use Instructions to Giftboxes and other packaging elements. This role focuses on ensuring timely availability of final printing data and artwork approvals, balancing cross-functional input with project timelines. Managing both internal and external collaboration, the Artwork Planner is responsible for upholding brand guidelines, meeting regulatory standards, and resolving conflicts to keep projects on track.

**Your tasks include**:

- Lead and manage the artwork process from concept through final release, including Use Instructions, Giftboxes, and Out of Package Point of Sale Material (OPPOSMs).
- Define project timelines, manage artwork scheduling, and coordinate stakeholders across Brand Marketing, Packaging Design, R&D, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing.
- Oversee the alignment of artwork planning with innovation management and project teams to ensure synchronized timelines.
- Define layout and formats with Marketing and Packaging Design, coordinating with external partners for visual elements and illustrations.
- Develop consumer-friendly instructions and visuals, ensuring compliance with international standards, legal requirements, and market-specific adaptations.
- Facilitate the approval process, ensuring timely availability of final artwork and printing data for production.
- Initiate the release of all Braun artwork assets, ensuring on-time delivery to production facilities and printers.
- Manage translations for multilingual instructions, adapting artwork to country-specific needs.
- Maintain up-to-date records, archiving completed artwork, and uploading Use Instructions for web accessibility.
- Manage artwork updates and version control, overseeing timely implementation of running changes.
- Completed vocational training or bachelor's degree in the field of graphics/marketing or project management.
- 2-4 years in artwork coordination, project management, or packaging artwork in a consumer goods, electronics, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with packaging in regulated industries is preferred.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with experience in prioritizing tasks across multiple projects.
- Effective problem-solving skills for handling artwork delays and conflicts, with an ability to work with international teams.
- Verbal and written communication skills in German and English required.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with both internal teams and external suppliers.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and familiarity with international packaging requirements.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accuracy and quality across all artwork assets.
