Unter der Leitung des Operations Leaders ist der Production Data Coordinator (Sachbearbeiter Produktionsstammdaten) verantwortlich für die Erfassung, Überwachung und ggfs. Korrektur der Produktionsdaten (Stammdaten und Produktionsaufträge) in SAP. Der Stelleninhaber ist weiterhin zuständig für die Durchführung der monatlichen/jährlichen Inventurabschlüsse.

**Welche Aufgaben erwarten Sie**:

- Erfassen von Prozessdaten, Produktionsdaten, Produktionsmengen, Verbräuchen, Unit Ratios (Batch Karten) sowie das Untersuchen von Kostenabweichungen nach Business-Regeln
- Buchung von Wareneingängen
- Verantwortung für den monatlichen/jährlichen Inventurabschluss entsprechend der Business Regeln einschließlich Inventurkorrekturbuchungen
- Interaktion und Kommunikation mit globalen Teams zu Standardisierung und Einführung von Optimierungspotentialen, angepassten Arbeitsprozessen sowie System (ERP) Workflows
- Interaktion und Kommunikation mit internen Funktionen (wie z.B. Expertise-Center, Instandhaltung, Produktionsanlagen, Einkauf und Lieferanten)
- Dateneingaben und -pflege in SAP und von Olin vorgeschriebenen Datenträgern
- Anlegen von Stammdaten nach Vorgaben des Olin-Prozesses.

**Was sollten Sie mitbringen**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung in einem Lehrberuf oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrungen in einem kaufmännischen Umfeld
- Kenntnisse der Materialbeschaffungs
- und Lagerhaltungsmethodik
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Qualitätssicherung und -kontrolle
- Methodik der Datenverwaltung, Auftragsabwicklung
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und fundierte SAP-Kenntnisse

(Modul Material Management /MM)
- Dokumentenverwaltung (z.B. Documentum)
- Prozessänderungssystem (z.B. MOC)
- Mängelanzeige
- Grundkenntnisse der ISO Normen 9001, 14001, 45001 und 50001
- Grundkenntnisse von finanzbuchhalterischen Prozessen
- Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Teamfähigkeit
- Analytische und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ein freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten.
