**Your role**:
The GOglobal Program is the company's career accelerator for high potential graduates who are early in their careers. During the 24-months program, you will experience a mix of strategic projects as well as operational rotational stations.
In the course of an individual rotation plan you will get to know the multiple aspects of our Life Science Process Solutions business area (e.g. Portfolio Strategy, Product Management, Data Analytics, Digital and Outbound Marketing) for various portfolios such as Upstream & Process Materials, Single Use & Integrated Systems, Downstream, Software, Process Analytics, Services or Focused Modalities. After a first assignment at our home base in Darmstadt, Germany (near Frankfurt) you will be going international to one of our subsidiaries for a second assignment. In the third assignment, you will get the chance to broaden your perspective and experience a different functional scope or business area back in Germany.
You will have exposure to the business as well as visibility to senior management. In addition to assignment managers, you will be supported by a business mentor. You will be provided with an environment fostering personal and professional growth, as well as great networking opportunities to continuously improve your technical expertise and business acumen.

**Who you are**:
- MBA or master's degree in business or marketing related field; Science or Engineering degree welcomed
- Knowledge in Data Analytics, Digital Marketing and Business Excellence along with affinity for Digital Product and Strategy Development
- International experience
- First practical experience via internships, preferably within Marketing
- High motivation and passion to discover solutions for all kinds of exciting challenges
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (German or other language skills would be a plus)
