As a recruiting partner of DAYTON PROGRESS GmbH, we are looking for exactly you as **Financial Controller Europe** **(a)** for the Oberursel location with the **possibility of 5 days of home office throughout Germany**. In your position, you will maintain an overview of receivables controlling. You implement and analyse the Financial Standard Operations. You will work closely with the subsidiaries in Europe to analyse reports and take countermeasures if necessary. You can look forward to a flat hierarchy throughout the company and a friendly working atmosphere in the EU-wide team. **What You Will Be Doing**
- Consolidation and target/actual comparisons of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Receivables controlling
- Implementation, development, monitoring and analysis of Financial Standard Operations
- Preparation, development, monitoring and analysis of monthly reports and KPIs and initiation of countermeasures as required
- Preparation and analysis of forecasts and business plans
- Reporting to the MISUMI parent company and entering the reports into a consolidation programme
- Analysis of the reports and, if necessary, preparation of countermeasures in cooperation with the national companies in Europe

**What You Bring To The Job**
- Several years of professional experience in controlling
- MS Office skills, especially very good knowledge of MS Excel and Access
- High affinity for numbers
- Very good analytical skills
- High social, intercultural and communicative competence
- Ability to work in a team
- En: C1 - Advanced

**Nice-to-Haves**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business administration with a focus on finance or similar training and further education
- Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAGE
- Ge: B1 - Intermediate
