Head of Strategic Procurement (m/w/d) gesucht Unser Auftraggeber, ein großes E-Commerce-Unternehmen, sucht ab sofort Verstärkung in Form einer Leitung im Bereich Strategische Produktbeschaffung für seinen Standort in Würzburg.

Ein Remote-Anteil von ca. 60 % ist hierbei möglich.

Aufgaben
- Als Head of Strategic Procurement (m/w/d) leitest Du den Bereich Strategische Produktbeschaffung und entwickelst sowohl Lieferantenstrategien als auch den Produkteinkauf des Unternehmens weiter
- Hierbei leitest Du zwei Teams und stellst sicher, dass alle Prozesse effizient und zielgerichtet ablaufen
- Du verhandelst Preise und Verträge mit Lieferanten und sorgst für optimale Konditionen
- Als Repräsentant: in des Unternehmens reist Du zu Messen und anderen Veranstaltungen innerhalb der EU, um neue Trends und Lieferanten zu identifizieren
- Du koordinierst und steuerst Projekte, um Einkaufsprozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern
- Zusammengefasst entwickelst und implementierst Du Strategien zur Optimierung der gesamten Lieferkette, um Effizienz und Qualität zu steigern sowie Kosten zu senken

Qualifikation
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im weiter produzierenden Gewerbe mit, idealerweise in der Druckindustrie, Textilindustrie o. Ä.
- Du hast in dieser Zeit umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Produkteinkauf und strategischen Einkauf sammeln können
- Bestenfalls hast Du bereits Erfahrung im E-Commerce und verstehst Anforderungen und Prozesse in diesem Bereich
- Du hast in früheren Positionen bereits erfolgreich Teams geführt und zeichnest Dich durch empathische Führung aus
- Zudem bist Du durchsetzungsstark und besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Eine strategische Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, strukturierte Zahlen und Benchmarks aufzubauen und zu analysieren, ist für Dich selbstverständlich
- Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft bringst Du außerdem mit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab
