**Your mission**:
We are currently looking for an experienced service professional to work in our restaurant area. Our restaurant spaces are the heart of our hotel. They act as a breakfast room, lunch area, dinner saloon, wine bar, cafe, event space and music venue. As with all areas of the hotel, we have a huge focus on carefully sourced organic products and excellent service.
We want to offer every guest a unique experience and we are always looking for service driven people who are passionate about doing so.
**Your profile**:
- You already have experience in the hotel or catering industry and love dealing with people.
- You have the relevant experience of working in a service driven restaurant or bar.
- You have expierence in leading a service team
- You prefer to work in the early morning
- You speak German and English.
- You are looking for an international team that works openly and sustainably.
- You have an outgoing personality and love interacting with guests.

To the Michelberger belongs a regenerative food farm in the Spreewald, the PEOPLE Festival, the sister restaurant ORA and the coconut water Fountain of Youth.
For over a decade, the Michelberger has been a diverse cultural venue that continues to walk its own unique path. A hotel, a restaurant, a wine bar, a stage, a beer garden, a festival, a farm, a social space for all people and diverse occasions to stay. Arisen out of and deeply rooted in Berlin's cultural landscape, the Michelberger is always evolving with the people and stories that hotel life writes.
A hub for musicians, authors, creative professionals on work trips, families, couples on vacation or Berliners on home leave with an incomparable atmosphere. The restaurant’s product kitchen works with regional and organic ingredients from hunters, gatherers, fishermen, farmers and producers with whom the Michelberger has been working directly for many years. For more than 2 years, vegetables, herbs and fruit also come from the Michelberger's own farm in the Spreewald.
