**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Standort
- und länderübergreifende Steuerung der Abteilungen Accounting, Controlling, Payment, Data Analytics sowie Business Intelligence.
- Aufbau und Etablierung von Finanzprozessen und -systeme (gruppenübergreifendes Kennzahlensystem, CLTV-Messung für das gesamte Produktportfolio, sowie Return on
- Advertising Betrachtung).
- Verantwortung für die Monats
- und Jahresabschlüsse, sowie für Forecasts, die Budget-Planung und das Reporting aller Unternehmensbereiche.
- Etablierung eines Business Partnering, um zusammen mit dem Management und Fachbereichen, die ökomischen Effekte von Entscheidungen zu bewerten und quantitative Optimierungspotentiale abzuleiten.
- End-to-End-Verantwortung für das gruppenweite Liquiditäts
- und Kostenmanagement, sowie der produktbezogenen Payment Prozesse.
- Schaffung einer datengetriebenen Infrastruktur sowohl technisch als auch methodisch und Zentralisierung des Berichtswesen.
- Verantwortung des Partnermanagements auf strategischer Ebene (v.a. in Hinblick auf Partner im Paymentumfeld, Banken, Treuhänder und Geschäftsführer im Unternehmensverbund).

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Controlling oder Steuern oder vergleichbare einschlägige berufliche Vorerfahrung.
- Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Business Intelligence, Finance und Controlling.
- Track Record im Aufbau und der Etablierung eines zentralen Kennzahlensystems zur Unternehmenssteuerung sowie nachhaltiger Optimierung von Finanzprozessen.
- Nachweisliche Erfahrungen mit Geschäftsmodellen aus den Segmenten eCommerce, Digital Business, Subscription oder SaaS.
- Ausgeprägte strategische, methodische, analytische Fähigkeiten sowie maximale Integrität in allen Finanzaktivitäten und -entscheidungen.
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in den Themen Unternehmensanalyse, Datenbanken/-strukturen, Analyseverfahren (z.B. Machine Learning).
- Souveränes Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Networking-Stärke.
- Fähigkeit auf C-Level Ebene agieren zu können.
