**Aufgaben**:

- Strategische und organisatorische Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs
- Unterstützung VP PAB, Head of SENE und Head of Sales AM. Erstellung vertriebsrelevantem Reporting, Preisunterlagen etc.
- Unterstützung aller Vertriebsaktivitäten inkl. unterstützender Reiseaktivitäten bei Bedarf
- Abstimmung mit allen Schnittstellenbereichen und Unterstützung derer im Sinne der Gesamtstrategie
- Reporting Struktur (KPI) verantworten und weiterentwickeln
- Regelmäßige aktive Beteiligung an den im Unternehmen stattfinden-den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Beachtung, Einhaltung und ständige Verbesserung der im Unternehmen geltenden Umwelt
- und Arbeitsschutzleitlinien und deren Ziel
- Mitwirkung bei Audit
- und Revisionsverfahren (IKS, Audit, Wirtschaftsprüfung, etc.) und verantwortlich für Umsetzung ggf. notwendiger Maßnahmen in dem Bereich
- Einhaltung der Compliance Richtlinien im Verantwortungsbereich

**Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder ähnlichem
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise im Bereich Vertrieb und Operations
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Vertrieb, Operations und Prozessmanagement
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Hohe Kundenorientierung und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Selbständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
