**Verstärke unser Retention-Team**

Wir suchen Dich - eine **studentische Aushilfe (m/w/d)** die unser Team Retention Germany im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei Auswertungen unterstützt.

Du arbeitest den Kollegen zu, die für die Kundenrückgewinnung in unserem Haus zuständig sind. Dadurch unterstützt Du die Kollegen extrem, denn Sie erhalten die Möglichkeit sich auf ihre Kernaufgaben zu konzentrieren.

Wir betreuen alle unsere kleinen und mittelständischen Kunden (SME), die uns kontaktieren, und eine Kündigungsabsicht haben.

Dich erwarten spannende Themen rund um digitales Bezahlen, ein tolles Team und eine vielfältige Aufgabenverteilung.

**Deine Hauptaufgaben sind**:

- Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben im operativen Tagesgeschäft- Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Auswertungen- Betreuung von Reportings- Verteilung von Kundenvorgängen in unserem System Salesforce und hältst die Wiedervorlage nach- Beauftragung von Kündigungen in den Fachbereichen, nach VorgabenQualifikationen
- Studium in betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereichen wie z.B. BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, etc.- Engagement und Eigeninitiative- Praktischer Erfahrungen in Excel (S-Verweis, Pivot,...)- Spaß am Umgang mit Daten und Auswertungen und ein gutes analytisches Denkvermögen- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort & SchriftZusätzliche Informationen
