**Ihre neue Herausforderung**
- Verantwortlich für die Erfassung und Überwachung des Auftragsbestandes und Koordinierung der Auftragsabwicklung
- Zuständigkeit für den regionalen Customer Support Hub (DACH, UK und Nordic)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit/ Abstimmung mit den lokalen Produktionsplanern (Aptar EMEA)
- Auftragsabwicklung für alle Aptar EMEA Werke
- Abruf und Bearbeitung von Lieferplänen
- Stammdatenanlage und -pflege in SAP
- Erfassung der Kunden
- Forecasts in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Demand Planer und Sales Managern
- Verwaltung von Preislisten

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit MS-Office und ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise SAP/ IBP
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; sehr gute Kenntnisse in einer zweiten Fremdsprache wünschenswert
- Reisebereitschaft (in der Einarbeitungsphase)
- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
