Als Supervisor*in Beauty Store bist du gemeinsam mit deinem Team für den Store, dessen Organisation, sowie die Erreichung von Umsatzzielen in unserem Beauty Store verantwortlich.

- Du sorgst mit deinem Team dafür, dass die Kund*innen einen gut sortierten und attraktiven Beauty Store vorfinden, welcher ein außergewöhnliches Shopping-Erlebnis bietet. Du hast dabei deine Kennzahlen im Blick und leitest proaktiv verkaufsfördernde Maßnahmen ab.
- Du schaffst gemeinsam mit deinem Team einen professionellen Kundenservice und setzt passende Marketingmaßnahmen um.
- Du agierst als Vorbildfunktion und motivierst dein Team durch Transparenz, Authentizität und Arbeiten auf Augenhöhe. Du steuerst mit der fachlichen Führungsverantwortung proaktiv die Themen des Stores. Dabei übernimmst du aktiv die Steuerung der Tageseinsatzpläne und arbeitest neue Mitarbeiter ein.

**WIR MÖCHTEN DICH GERNE KENNENLERNEN, WENN**
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position idealerweise im Kosmetik
- oder Modebereich.
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung im Einzelhandel oder eine Kosmetikausbildung.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Mitarbeitern und bist sicher im Umgang mit Kassensystemen.
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Deine positive Ausstrahlung und deine service
- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus. Du liebst den täglichen Umgang mit Kunden und verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Verkaufskompetenzen.
- Du erkennst auch ohne detaillierte Vorgaben, was zu tun ist und du hast Spaß daran, kreative Kundenlösungen zu entwickeln.

**ÜBER DIE ZALANDO BEAUTY STATION**

Im Frühjahr 2018 wurde die Zalando Beauty Station als erstes stationäres Kosmetikgeschäft der Zalando SE in Berlin-Mitte eröffnet. Auf 160 Quadratmeter präsentiert die Beauty Station mehr als 53 Marken aus den Bereichen Skin
- und Haircare, Düfte und dekorative Kosmetik aus aller Welt. Darüber hinaus beinhaltet der Store einen eigenen Friseursalon, welcher vom Friseur Meister Toni Sommerfeld betreut wird.

In der Zalando Beauty Station liegt das Hauptaugenmerk auf eine individuelle Beratung von erfahrenen Make-up Artists und Experten, um den Dialog zwischen Kunden und internationalen Beautymarken zu ermöglichen.
