**Deine Aufgaben**:
- zielsicheres Übersetzen von komplexen Anforderungen in eindrucksvolle digitale, räumliche und interaktive Experiences und Ausstellungen
- Erkennen von Projektpotentialen und Entwicklung von außergewöhnlichen, mutigen Narrativen jenseits gewohnter Gestaltungsmuster ggf. mit künstlerisch-poetischer Qualität
- souveräne Konzeption an der Schnittstelle zwischen Gestaltung und Technologie
- Weiterentwicklung und Ausformulierung von innovativen Ideen als Lead-Designer des Teams (keine rein koordinative Aufgabe)
- Zusammenführen von Einzelideen zu schlüssigen, innovativen und auf den jeweiligen Kontext zugeschnittenen Gesamtkonzepten
- aussagekräftige und überzeugende Darstellung der Entwürfe, versierter Umgang mit gängigen Gestaltungswerkzeugen
- professionelles Präsentieren, Herleitung von Ideen vor Auftraggebern
- souveräne strategische Kundenkommunikation, um Anforderungen und Ziele zu verstehen und kreative Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Führung von Co-Creation-Prozessen und Workshops
- kreatives Consulting mit Blick für Branchenentwicklungen und Trends, Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse und strategisches Mindset
- Leitung und Koordination eines interdisziplinären Teams von Designern, Entwicklern und Künstlern in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektmanagement
- Verantwortung für gestalterische Qualität, Innovationsstärke und zielsichere Umsetzung von Projekten innerhalb der Zielvereinbarungen(design to budget)
- enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Art Direction, Unterstützung und Inspiration des Projekt-Teams, Schaffen eines förderlichen Arbeitsklimas
- Teilnahme an repräsentativen Events, Speaker
- oder Professoren-Tätigkeiten sind gern gesehen, aber kein Muss

**Dein Profil**:
Als Leistungsträger und erfahrener Lead-Designer hinterfragst du Normen und treibst Projekte über das Erwartete hinaus voran. Nach Deinem Gestaltungsstudium hast Du bereits mindestens zehn Jahre erfolgreich innovative Konzepte mit hoher Experience-Qualität an der Schnittstelle von Digitalem und Analogem entwickelt. Für ART+COM bringst du folgende Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten mit ins Team:
- nachgewiesene Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Projekte im Bereich Medien und Raum von Einzelinstallation bis hin zu zusammenhängenden Experiences und Ausstellungen
- außergewöhnliches gestalterisches Talent und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen in innovative, erlebnisorientierte Entwürfe umzusetzen
- überzeugend im Herleiten von Ideen (User Journeys, Storyboards, 3D Vis, Skizzen, Demos, Mock-ups, Prototypes,)
- Zuverlässigkeit und Routine in der Bearbeitung und Produktion von internationalen, interdisziplinären Aufgaben und diversen medialen Formaten
- Erfahrungen im Bereich des Computational Design, Scripting/Python oder AR/VR sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
- innovativer Vordenken, Inspirationsgeber, am Puls der Branche und generellen Trends
- Erfahrung im Creative Consulting und dazugehörigem Methodenwissen, strategisches Mindset in Projekten und in der Kundenentwicklung
- Erfahren in der Moderation von Workshops und Co-Creation-Prozessen
- Teamfähigkeit, Offenheit und Kommunikationsstärke, ego-freie Führungsqualitäten
- erstklassige Präsentationsfähigkeiten, Selbstvertrauen und Überzeugungskraft bei Präsentation und Verhandlungen
- Erfahrung in der Leitung und Koordination von interdisziplinären Teams
- sicherer Umgang in gängigen Gestaltungstools (Creative Cloud, Cinema4D, Unity, o.ä.)
- Deutschkenntnisse Level C2, Englischkenntnisse mindestens C1-Niveau
**Eckdaten**:
- Arbeitsbeginn: zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt
- Vertragsart: zwischen 30 und 35 Stunden pro Woche
