**The story begins**:

- Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements
- Monitor operational performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and recommending solutions
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and refine performance metrics and benchmarks
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual operational performance reports
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures in day-to-day conduct and supervision of cash management activities
- Contribute the annual budgeting process for operational expenses, including forecasting and variance analysis
- Identify and implement best practices and process improvements across all areas of responsibility
- Provide financial analysis and support for projects, strategic planning, and decision-making

**Your proven path**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and operational control
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel and power Point
- Knowledge in SQL, Power BI, and Power Query is highly appreciated
- Ability to work independently and in a international team environment
