Bereit, deine Kreativität in einem aufstrebenden globalen Pharmaunternehmen zu entfesseln? Wir suchen enthusiastische Köpfe, die bereit sind, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und unser Team ab April 2024 bei der Daiichi Sankyo Deutschland GmbH als Trainee Medical zu unterstützen.

In unserem 24-monatigen Trainee-Programm wirst du tief in die Welt der klinischen Forschung unserer innovativen Arzneimittel eintauchen und die Schnittstellen zwischen verschiedenen Bereichen kennenlernen. Durch Rotationen in unterschiedliche Teams baust du nicht nur fachliches Know-how auf, sondern knüpfst auch wertvolle Kontakte. Du übernimmst eigene Projekte, bist Ansprechpartner für medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Fragestellungen und gestaltest aktiv unsere Zukunft mit.

**Was dich erwartet**:
Die ersten 12 Monate des Programms wirst du Teil unseres Medical Affairs Teams und unterstützt unter anderem:

- Konzeption, Organisation und Durchführung medizinischer Veranstaltungskonzepte (Symposien, Advisory Boards, Masterclass etc.)
- Aufbereitung von Daten aus klinischen Studien und/ oder Publikationen sowie Erstellung neuer Materialien (Q&A, Trial Cards, Pipeline Abbildungen, etc.)
- Du lernst dabei die Aufgaben eines Medical Advisors/Managers sowie der MSL (Medical Scientific Liaison) Rolle kennen

Daran schließt sich eine 6-monatige Rotation im Bereich Market Access an mit möglichen Projekten im Umfeld der Nutzendossiererstellung (AMNOG), Pricing & Reimbursement oder HEOR (Health Economics & Outcomes Research).

Gemeinsam mit deiner Betreuungsperson planst du eine weitere 6-monatige Rotation in einen anderen Bereich (z. B. Commercial, Business Insights, Training usw.), vielleicht sogar mit der Möglichkeit, unsere europäische Organisation kennenzulernen.

Während des Programms nimmst du an verschiedenen internen Trainings teil, triffst andere Trainees und hast die Chance, bei Kamingesprächen mit der Geschäftsführung wertvolle Einblicke zu gewinnen. Dein Betreuer wird dich während des gesamten Programms in deiner Entwicklung unterstützen.

***Das bringst du mit**:

- Ein Studium im Bereich Medizin, Naturwissenschaften, im Idealfall mit Promotion und/oder erste wissenschaftliche bzw. klinische Tätigkeiten
- Praktische Erfahrungen, idealerweise durch Praktika in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
- Internationale Erfahrungen, sei es durch Auslandssemester oder -praktika
- Fließende Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
