Tasks
- You're well on the way to becoming a leadership development expert (M/F/d) and would like to further expand and actively help shape our offering
- You're versed in leadership assessments and help us to set up and conduct the right tests
- You've the confidence to be the first point of contact for these topics and to advise our managers on our offering
- If required, you're also happy to support our learning experts and organise training sessions and workshops
- You know how to create appealing information materials and would like to actively contribute your creative ideas both for this and for the independent preparation of digital learning formats on our learning platform
- You'll support the implementation of our annual People Survey and take care of the organisation and all communication measures independently
- Creating presentations of the results and supporting the derivation of measures from the survey results are part of your daily business
- You'll work closely and independently with trainers, HR business partners, technical experts and managers from different departments
**Requirements**:
- You're enrolled at a university and have ideally already gained some professional experience, e.g. through internships, in the field of leadership development or personnel development
- You've a talent for organisation, know how to approach tasks in a structured way and are a real team player (M/F/d)
- With your analytical thinking skills and a high degree of initiative, you find it easy to familiarise yourself with tasks
- Experience with learning management systems and/or learning experience platforms is an advantage
- You're also an expert (M/F/d) in MS Office, especially Power Point
- Experience with other tools, such as Adobe Cloud, Miro, etc. is an advantage
- Good communication skills (German and English) round off your profile
- You're characterised by your high level of initiative and commitment
