Stellenbeschreibung

**Aufgaben**
Das Information Security Management (ISM) Team von ODDO BHF hat die Aufgabe, das Unternehmen und seine Kunden vor Cyberkriminalität zu schützen und digitale Innovation in einer sicheren IT-Umgebung zu ermöglichen. Das Information Security Governance Team, welches Teil des ISM-Teams ist, sucht einen Werkstudenten, der tatkräftig bei folgenden Aufgaben unterstützt:

- Entwicklung und Gestaltung des monatlichen Cyber-Newsletters
- Erstellen und Testen von Sensibilisierungsmaterial (Artikel, Schulungen, Poster, Videos, etc.) und erste Anlaufstelle für die Mitarbeiter bei Awareness-Themen
- Erstellung und Koordinierung der Präsentationen für die verschiedenen Ausschüsse
- Vorbereitung und Verbesserung von Berichten für Ausschüsse
- Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung des Konzepts für eine wirkungsvolle Kommunikation an die Mitarbeiter zum Thema Informationssicherheit

Das Information Security Management (ISM)-Team besteht aus 50 Personen mit unterschiedlichen Fachkenntnissen im Bereich der Cybersicherheit in drei Ländern: Frankreich, Deutschland und Tunesien.

Anforderungsprofil

**Anforderungen**
- Einen Bachelor
- oder Master-Abschluss
- Sorgfalt und Organisation
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in visueller Gestaltung
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (schriftlich und mündlich) mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Informationen auf verständliche Weise zu vermitteln
- Kreativität und Eigeninitiative
- Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement und in der abteilungsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
- Verständnis für Cybersicherheitskonzepte und -technologien ist ein Plus
- Kenntnisse des Bankensektors sind von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
