CONTRACTS SPECIALIST (m/w/d) - BEFRISTETE ELTERNZEITVERTRETUNG FÜR CA. 2 JAH

IHRE AUFGABEN
- Vertragsinhalte entwerfen, interpretieren und verwalten, in deutscher und englischer Sprache unter Einhaltung von Standardarbeitsprozessen
- Überprüfung und Verhandlung der Bedingungen von Kundenverträgen, in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Weitergabe und Erklärung vertraglicher Anforderungen innerhalb der Organisation
- Angebotsmanagement und Mitigation von Geschäftsrisiken
- Management von interner und externer Kundenkorrespondenz
- Ansprechpartner für diverse vertragliche Themen

IHR PROFIL
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich BWL, Jura oder Wirtschaftsrecht (FH/Uni)
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Contracts wünschenswert
- Internationale Reisebereitschaft
- Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Word und Excel)
- Fließende Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein gutes Organisationstalent in einem internationalen und cross-funktionalen Arbeitsumfeld
