Maintenance Technician

**Main responsibilities**
- Solving technical problems that arise in the production of mixes for the baking/food industry according to recipes
- Monitoring various conveying, mixing and filling systems
- Monitoring compliance with the specified production instructions, quality and hygiene guidelines
- Complying with the legally prescribed safety and environmental standards and regulations when repairing and maintaining the machines
- Adjusting and calibrating the machines and systems in order to use them as effectively as possible
- Improvement adaptation of existing systems
- Procurement of new equipment
- Coordinating external service providers
- Training employees to operate the systems in the best possible way
- Attending specialist trade fairs

**What do you bring?**
- Master craftsman or technician with a technical background
- At least 5 years of relevant production experience in the food industry
- At least 5 years of experience as a technical foreman in production
- Advanced basic knowledge of the English language, both written and oral
- Knowledge of current legal guidelines and standards in the food industry
- Advanced SAP knowledge as well as Lean and Six Sigma or REFA desirable
- Strong coordination and negotiation skills with suppliers
