Als operativer IT-Dienstleister der Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BA) betreibt das IT-Systemhaus am Hauptstandort Nürnberg/Fürth sowie an verschiedenen Standorten deutschlandweit mit über 100 eigenen IT-Anwendungen, 170.000 vernetzten PC-Arbeitsplätzen und der dazugehörigen Infrastruktur eine der größten IT-Landschaften Deutschlands und entwickelt diese ständig weiter. Sie werden im IT-Systemhaus tariflich als IT-Spezialist/-in eingestellt.

Kompetenzzentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz und Machine Learning (KC KI) - Wir bauen professionelle KI-Services von und für die BA. Das KC KI ist im IT-Systemhaus, dem IT-Dienstleister der Bundesagentur für Arbeit, im Bereich Business Intelligence angesiedelt. Hier bauen wir BA-weit neue Technologien und Features im Bereich Data Science auf und aus. Das ist unser Beitrag zum sozialen Auftrag der BA.

Ihre Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten

In dem Projekt ADEST bauen wir Machine Learning Modelle zur Informationsextraktion aus Stellenanzeigen. Ihr Können kommt vor allem in der Betriebsphase zum Einsatz: Sie übernehmen Verantwortung bei der Wartung, dem Monitoring und der Optimierung der entwickelten Machine Learning Modelle. Hierfür arbeiten Sie sich in komplexe Daten
- und Modellpipelines ein. Sie erstellen eigenständig Analysen und Optimierungsvorschläge basierend auf Daten aus einer Feedback Loop. In Absprache mit anderen Data Scientists und Fachexpertinnen/Fachexperten entwickeln Sie Modelle weiter und arbeiten eng mit Software Engineers zusammen, die diese Modelle in Betrieb nehmen.

Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie bei der Konzeption und Entwicklung von Prototypen und begleiten anschließend erfolgreiche PoCs hands-on auf dem Weg in den Live-Betrieb.

Hierfür können Sie im gesamten ML-Lifecycle beteiligt sein: vom pre-processing der Daten über die Modellierung, Testing, Deployment und Monitoring und bei allem was sonst noch dazu gehört, wie der Aufbau von Pipelines, Dokumentation, XAI, usw.
- Sie bringen als Voraussetzung mit
Hochschulabschluss oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (bevorzugte Fachrichtungen: Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik)
Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
