**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
As a Practice Area Coordinator (PAC) within BCG’s Global Advantage (GA) Practice Area (PA) you will execute and coordinate business operational support for GA tasks both regionally and globally. Working with PA Marketing Manager and Practice Area Leadership, you will coordinate GA operational activities such as internal meeting organization, as well as internal and external marketing and communication efforts.

You will have two key workstreams: support the planning and preparation of PA meetings, seeking guidance as needed; as well as support critical communications and content needs for the practice.
- Help support internal meetings and events within the PA;
- Support across the management and operations team of the practice as required to facilitate the delivery of critical projects
- Support the practice’s social media program including leadership presence optimization, visual asset development and tracking
- Coordinate and execute promotional activities for GA content and experts
- Facilitate risk management activities for external content (seeking approvals from third party organizations);
- Support with Seat at the Table and event-related logistics, as well as desktop research to support agenda build;

Update PA trackers and dashboards using a range of tools, including Tableau

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

- Executing defined tasks independently, seeking guidance as needed
- Thinking proactively with a forward-thinking attitude bringing excellent organization skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Acting as the PA representative in the PA community, building your network with other PACs and Marketing Coordinators, learning from best practices
- Planning and coordinating meetings with precision and attention to detail
- Solving problems with a forward-thinking mindset and suggesting workarounds
- Developing judgement, starting to contribute beyond the PA, thinking analytically through alternatives

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- 2-4+ years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree at a minimum
- Demonstrated independence and autonomy in internal/external interactions
- Ability to execute defined tasks that require independent judgment, based on processes/policies
- Strong organizational and planning skills - high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ideally experience in copywriting and/or copyediting
- Ability to think analytically, adopting out the box thinking
- Professional, service oriented, pro-active and flexible attitude, Able to tolerate ambiguity and transform ideas into workable solutions
- Ability to perform under pressure and demonstrate presence and maturity even in stressful situations
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed as immediate team members are located in Asia and the US
- Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
You will work closely with PA Marketing Manager, PA Marketing Senior Director, as well as coordinate with Practice Area Manager and the Global Practice Management Executive Director - when required.
