Join Poka's esteemed Sales team as an experienced Account Executive Embark on a journey presenting the best "Connect Worker" platform worldwide, making significant strides in the industry with all the added horse-power of IFS, delivering award-winning solutions across the manufacturing space.

In this critical role, you will drive new business development with finesse and professionalism. Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to ensure the delivery of utmost value to our valued customers.

**_ What you'll be responsible for:_**

New Business Development
- Identify potential new clients and target markets through market research and prospecting with the collaboration of the Sales Development team.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Leading the sales process from need analysis to successful closing: conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to secure new accounts.

Account Expansion and Renewal management
- Take ownership of small to medium size accounts.
- Develop comprehensive account plans for each client, outlining objectives, strategies, and action steps for growth.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business goals, and aligning our solutions to meet their needs.
- Coordinate contract renewals and respond promptly to incoming inquiries.

Strategy and Reporting
- Documente all account milestones, opportunities, and accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on client feedback and market trends.
- Contribute to the development of lead generation campaigns, leveraging customer insights for effective strategies.
- Engage in Trade Shows, Networking Events, and Virtual Conferences

**_ What you bring to the table:_**
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management, customer success relationship, software implementation, or a comparable role in B2B organizations
- Demonstrate an impressive depth of knowledge in the manufacturing industry
- Experience selling software solutions is a must
- Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, coupled with proficiency in German.
- Empathetic with a track record of listening to customer problems and effectively addressing their needs
- Capable of working autonomously while also being a collaborative team player
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally internationally
