- Vielfältige Aufgaben
- Kern Ihrer Aufgabe ist es, als engagierte*r Berater*in überall dort im Konzern präsent zu sein, wo an energiewirtschaftlichen Vertriebs-Themen gearbeitet wird. Sie treiben die verschiedenen Themen engagiert voran, wirken aktiv in den verschiedenen Projekten mit, nehmen unermüdlich Ihre Beratungsfunktion wahr und begleiten die Fachbereiche in den verschiedenen Geschäftsprozessen. Sie verlieren das große Ganze nie aus den Augen
- Sie machen die Themen und Produkte, an denen Sie mitarbeiten zu Ihren Aufgaben und gehen mit Leidenschaft an das Werk. Sie gehen kreativ und ergebnisoffen an die Themen heran, haben Mut neue Lösungswege aufzuzeigen und ermöglichen so, dass neue Themen entstehen können
- Sie verstehen das Business und sind interessiert daran, jederzeit die Entwicklungen des Fachbereichs im Auge zu haben
- Wo erforderlich, nehmen Sie Ihre Aufgabe auch in einer Governance Funktion wahr, d.h. Sie sind durchsetzungsstark und verbindlich
- Überzeugendes Profil
- Neben Ihrem juristischen Studium bringen Sie große Neugier für die Themen unserer internen Mandant*innen mit
- Sie sind ein*e Macher*in, der*die unbeirrbar Themen vorantreibt. Dabei suchen Sie aktiv den Kontakt zu Ihren Geschäftspartner*innen und Kolleg*innen. Sie begegnen diesen auf Augenhöhe und treffen immer den richtigen, wertschätzenden Ton. Sie sind in der Lage, Ihren internen Mandanten*innen Risiken einzuordnen und haben Freude daran und die Fähigkeit dazu, das Business gut zu verstehen
- Durch Ihre Fähigkeit differenziert und frei zu denken, können Sie kreative Lösungen erarbeiten und sprechen die richtige Sprache, um als Brückenbauer*in zwischen Vertriebs-Expert*innen und Recht fungieren zu können
- Sie sind begeistert von neuen Themen und den aktuellen Entwicklungen im Bereich der Energiebranche. Darüber hinaus macht es Ihnen Spaß, cross-funktional und in interdisziplinären Teams zusammenzuarbeiten Selbstverständlich haben Sie Ihr Handwerkszeug parat. D.h. Sie verfügen über profunde Rechtskenntnisse im Energiewirtschafts
- und Zivilrecht. Damit können Sie einzelne Fragestellungen ebenso gut beantworten, wie komplexe Verträge oder Gutachten erstellen. Der Umgang mit mandatierten Rechtsanwälten ist eine hilfreiche Erweiterung Ihres Tätigkeitsbereichs

Der Bereich Recht, Markt, Markt Datenschutz und digitale Geschäftsmodelle betreut die Vertriebs
- und Handelsbereiche des EnBW Konzerns in allen Belangen. Die aktuellen Entwicklungen im Energiesektor stellen uns als Versorger vor besondere regulatorische Herausforderungen, denen wir uns gerne stellen.
