Our sales team at Rheine office location is looking for a new student worker to support and assist our sales managers and commercial engineers, as to provide operational support as well as strategic questions, which leads to a decisive contribution for the success of the project at hands.

From our office in Rheine, we primarily look after customers from Western Germany (Southern Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia, RLF, Hesse and Saarland). Our customers are diversified and range from medium-sized, long-standing project developers to large international energy suppliers. Our Vestas office location in Rheine is very easy to reach via all traffic routes (motorway, federal roads and public transport directly from the train station to the office).

**Responsibilities**
- Support with processual and administrative tasks such as, ensuring high data quality in the internal CRM system
- Develop and keep improving our existing document management platform (MS SharePoint), both as a team as independently, to ensure all data entries are up to date
- Assist in the preparation of contract documentation, profitability calculations, among others related tasks
- Interact with different stakeholders and customers, crucial part of the role

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency using MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Experience with using German and English as part of your working languages, but fluent in English is a must
- Preferable previous experience in similar work settings from previous internships or student work related activities
- Studying in a bachelor’s or master's degree at a university or technical college within the fields of business administration, industrial engineering, sustainability and renewable energies, or similar
- Availability to work 20 hours, and come to the office 1-2 times, per week (flexible time management)

- Strong organizational talent, independent and proactive way of working with high willingness to learn
- Ability to work within an organization matrix set up which requires flexibility and multicultural adjustments
- Strong team-player and effective communication skills
