Kitchenhelp with Expierence for ShuShu BBQ

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese bbq dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food items are prepared and cooked to the highest quality and presentation standards.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Maintain inventory levels of food ingredients and supplies, and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
- Monitor food quality and freshness, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Adhere to portion control and minimize food waste.
- Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff members.
- Clean and maintain cooking equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food preparation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of Experience as a Cook/Kitchen Prep position
- Familiarity with traditional Chinese cooking techniques and flavors.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent knife skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- All valid/necessary documents for an employment relationship in Germany
