**Die Forschungsgruppe Innovation, Society and Public Policy (ISPP) besetzt für das Forschungsprojekt „Innovationskulturen in digitalisierten Arbeitswelten“ zum 01.05.2024 eine PhD-Position (TV-L E13, 75%, 3 years, fixed term).**
Das Projekt:
Die Forschungsprojekt „Innovationskulturen in digitalisierten Arbeitswelten“ untersucht die gegenwärtigen Herausforderungen zum Verhältnis von Innovationsdynamiken, Arbeit und regionalem Wandel anhand von ausgewählten Beispielregionen und deren Unternehmen in Deutschland. Das Projekt befasst sich insb. mit den Veränderungen in der erlebten Arbeitsrealität von Beschäftigten in Unternehmen und Regionen, die sich einem (digitalen) Innovationsdruck ausgesetzt sehen. Dabei untersuchen wir mit Hilfe von ethnographischen und qualitativ-interpretativen sozialwissenschaftlichen Methoden u.a. Konflikte, Hoffnungen und Adaptionsmechanismen in den Prozessen der Digitalisierung und Innovation, insb. auch mit Blick auf die Möglichkeit der Mitgestaltung und Partizipation. Ferner geht es um die Fragen, welche Visionen von „Guter Arbeit“ als Teil von Zukunftsbildern in verschiedenen deutschen Regionen existieren. Diese Visionen sollen mit existierenden sozio-ökonomischen Strukturen und regionalen Innovationsstrategien in Verbindung gebracht und als Teil von lokalen „Innovationskulturen“ verstanden werden.
Stellenbeschreibung:
- Durchführung qualitativer sozialwissenschaftlicher Forschung (STS) zu dem oben genannten Thema, insb. Sammlung und Analyse von Daten mittels ethnographischer Methoden, Interviews und Fokusgruppen;
- Anstreben gemeinsamer Veröffentlichungen in anerkannten internationalen Fachzeitschriften, einschließlich gemeinsam verfasster Artikel mit anderen Mitgliedern der Gruppe und Projektpartner*innen und Policy-Reports;
- Mitarbeit bei Forschungsanträgen zum gleichen Thema sowie ggf. Mitarbeit bei Reporting, Präsentationen beim Fördermittelgeber, Medien-Kommunikation der Ergebnisse;
- (Co-)Teaching von Kursen;
- (Co-)Supervision von Masterstudierenden und studentischen Mitarbeiter*innen;
- Mitarbeit in der ISPP-Forschungsgruppe und Unterstützung der Arbeit der Gruppe auf administrativer Ebene, einschließlich der Organisation von Sitzungen, Projektpflege, Projektveranstaltungen, Workshops, Konferenzen usw.;
- Aktives Engagement in der Gemeinschaft des STS-Departments, der TUM und in der internationalen STS-Landschaft.
Profil der*s Bewerbenden:
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Wissenschafts
- und Technologiestudien (STS) oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet, z. B. (qualitativ-sozialwissenschaftliche) Politikstudien, Innovationsstudien, Soziologie, Politikwissenschaft, Wissenschaftsgeschichte, Geografie, Anthropologie oder einem anderen relevanten Fachgebiet;
- Umfassende Kenntnisse der Themen, Theorien und Methoden der STS;
- Kenntnisse über co-produktionistische und vergleichende Ansätze in der STS sind von Vorteil;
- Frühere Erfahrungen mit dem Thema sind von Vorteil;
- Erfahrungen in der (Mit-)Betreuung von studentischen Abschlussarbeiten sind von Vorteil;
- Ausgezeichnete Beherrschung der englischen Sprache;
- Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse sind erforderlich;
- Internationale Erfahrung ist von Vorteil;
- Starke Neigung zur Arbeit in einem teamorientierten Umfeld.
