- Unterstützung des Marketing Teams bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien für
- verschiedene Unternehmens
- und Immobilienprojekte- Mitwirkung bei der Organisation von Unternehmensevents
- Pflege und Aktualisierung unserer Internetseiten sowie Betreuung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle
- Erstellung von ansprechenden Marketingmaterialien, z.B. Präsentationen und Anzeigen
- Analysen und Identifikation von Trends zur Optimierung unserer Marketingaktivitäten
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Partnern und Dienstleistern
**Ihr Profil**:
- Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Anwendungsbezug, z. B.
- Kommunikationsmanagement, Kommunikations
- oder Medienwissenschaften, PR oder Marketing.- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing und Kommunikation, idealerweise in der Immobilienbranche
- Kreativität und ausgeprägtes Gespür für ansprechendes Design
- Sichere Anwendung von Marketing-Tools und Kenntnisse in der digitalen Marketinglandschaft
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der Adobe Suite und MS Office-Programme
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Organisationsvermögen
