***Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick**
- Prüfung der Vertragsunterlagen nach Auftragseingang
- Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigungen
- Eigenständige Abwicklung von Lieferaufträgen sowie die Pflege des CRM-Systems
- Einstellen der Zahlungspläne in SAP, bei Bedarf anpassen und termingerecht auslösen
- Aktualisierung der Liefer
- und Abrechnungsdaten in SAP
- Erstellung der Transportaufträge bei Speditionen sowie Montageaufträge
- Kosten
- und Terminkontrolle der laufenden Projekte
- Prüfung und Freigabe der Eingangsrechnungen
- Unterstützung der Projektleiter bei der Organisation der Baustellen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Projektmanagement, Engineering und Finance

**Qualifications**:
**Wir suchen**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d) oder Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann (m/w/d)
- Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) willkommen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Kenntnisse in SAP wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Verhandlungsstarke, gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Kundenorientierung
