Für den Standort Leverkusen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d) in Voll
- oder Teilzeit

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Entwicklung der Ausrichtung und Recruiting Strategie zur Talent Acquistion
- Identifizierung und Implementierung von innovativen Suchtechniken, sowohl online als auch offline
- Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des Recruitingprozesses
- Mitarbeit bei Zielgruppenanalysen und enge Kontakte zu Talent Marketing Expert
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Personalvermittlern, um über den aktuellen und zukünftigen Einstellungsbedarf auf dem Laufenden zu bleiben
- Aufbau und Pflege einer Kandidatenpool
- Erstellung und spezifische Weiterentwicklung von Stellenausschreibungen und Auswahl entsprechender Medien und Kanäle zur Veröffentlichung
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Partnern
- Mitarbeit an Projekten und Sonderaufgaben

**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt in Human Resources oder ein vergleichbarer Hintergrund, alternativ eine Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich in Verbindung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Talent Acquisition
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im personalwirtschaftlichen Umfeld insbesondere im Recruiting und Active Sourcing
- Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse sowie HR-Tools
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
- Stark ausgeprägte Organisations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Hohe Sorgfalt und Selbstständigkeit
