Während deiner 18-monatigen Traineezeit wirst du umfassende Einblicke in den gesamten Bereich Consumer Insights erhalten und hier die wichtigsten Stationen durchlaufen. Darüber hinaus rotierst du als Trainee in weitere relevante Bereiche des Konzerns, mit denen der Bereich eng zusammenarbeitet und lernst so die ProSiebenSat.1-Group kennen. Während der gesamten Zeit stehen dir erfahrene und engagierte Mitarbeiter als Mentor zur Seite.
In dieser Rolle lebst du unser hybrides Modell **„Flexibel“ **. Du wirst ein bis zwei feste oder flexible Tage vor Ort arbeiten, an den anderen Tagen kannst du remote arbeiten. Alle Infos erhältst du hier.

**Das erwartet dich bei uns**:
- Du setzt qualitative und quantitative Marktforschungsprojekte rund um TV-Formate und Digital-Angebote um
- Du arbeitest bei übergreifenden, strategischen Fragestellungen und Recherchen mit
- Zudem bist du für die Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern verantwortlich
- Du beobachtest aktuelle Trends und erstellst Präsentationen
- Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört ebenfalls die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Research Datenbank sowie die Durchführung von Desk Research
**Das bringst du mit**:
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes wirtschafts-, sozial
- oder medienwissenschaftlich orientiertes Studium und besitzt erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Marktforschung / Medienforschung
- Eine hohe Affinität zum Thema Fernsehen, Medien und digitale Medien zeichnen dich aus
- Du verfügst über analytisches Verständnis und weißt, die Geschichte hinter den Zahlen zu erzählen
- Du bist kreativ, es macht dir Spaß, neue Methoden und Fragetechniken zu lernen und hast darüber hinaus einen selbständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsstil
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) wie auch SPSS-Kenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
