Summary

For the Aalen site, we are looking for a "Workshop Clerk / Maintenance Specialist (f/m/d)" for the "Unstabilized Systems Land" division at the earliest possible date.

The "Unstabilized Land Systems" division produces and maintains sensors and complete systems for long-range surveillance for civilian and military customers. These systems are used to protect troops deployed abroad and to protect property.

Your Tasks- Entering error messages and repair findings into the SAP system- Collaboration in the processing of warranty notifications and processing of additional cost orders- Invoicing repairs and checking that completed orders have been invoiced correctly- Monthly billing of production hours (overheads and additional costs)- Ordering of consumption-controlled material, booking of assembly warehouse and Kanban goods- Equipment entries for series and repairs- Scanning equipment files and linking and preparing the electronic equipment file- Support/assistance for the team leader

Your Profile- Successfully completed training as an office clerk, alternatively also successfully completed technical training with an affinity for office and writing activities- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position- Very good SAP skills and good knowledge of MS Office- Independent and responsible way of working- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and organizational skills- Very good German and good English skills
