About the Opening:
This role is responsible for the design, development, documentation and support of custom Integration solutions, and for constructing general software solutions both individually and as part of a team.

Duties And Responsibilities:
Customer Implementations:

- Liaise with key customers to understand, scope, plan and implement IT interface solutions to securely transfer data.
- Ensure high levels of customer service operating in a professional manner at all times.

Solution Design:

- Accurately evaluate customer EDI requests for data mapping, transformation, and applicable business logic, offering solutions which utilize current integration tools, such as Lobster.
- Accurately document agreed solutions to ensure consistency and transparency to all parties.

Support:

- Manage priorities according to agreed SLA’s, escalating any potential or realized delays at the earliest opportunity.
- Effectively manage Incident and problems, providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

Development:
Project Management:

- Own the B2B integration from design through to implementation and support.
- Create test plans and agree go live criteria.

Training:

- Provide appropriate levels of documentation to share the knowledge of the integrations and workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION
- Computer Science highly preferable

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 1 years demonstrable use of data mapping tools, such as Lobster, Mulesoft, Odex, Sterling.
- Knowledge of EDI standards such as Sap iDocs, EDIFACT, flat file.
- Skilled in the production of scope and functional specification documents
- Experience of creating and executing test scripts.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Lobster, Mulesoft, Odex or other EDI mapping tools
- SQL knowledge
- PowerBI knowledge a benefit
- Able to learn new systems quickly
- At ease working under pressure to cost and time deadlines
