**In dieser Position wirst du**:

- deine Ideen und Expertise zu Learner Experience, Instructional Design & Inhaltsentwicklung einbringen.
- mit fachlichen Ansprechpartnern und anderen Lernteams zusammenarbeiten um nachhaltige und wirksame Lernerlebnisse zu gestalten
- Künstliche Intelligenz einsetzen um Scripte, Bilder, Videos und andere Medieninhalte zu erstellen
- SAP-interne, sowie marktführende Contenterstellungstools zur Gestaltung von ansprechenden und interaktiven Lernerfahrungen („Experience“)
- Kenntnisse zu Videoerstellung und -bearbeitung einbringen und aufbauen.
- zu unserem skill-basierten, modularen und adaptiven Lernempfehlungen durch Skillmapping beitragen.
- Lerninhalte über interne Lern
- und Videoplattformen bereitstellen.
- Tolle Arbeit - viel Spaß - Upskilling durch Erfahrung

**Das solltest du mitbringen**
- Eingeschriebener Student (f/m/d) an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule
- Bevorzugte Studiengänge: Medienpädagogik, Instructional Design, (digitales) Mediendesign - interdisziplinäre Studiengänge sind willkommen
- IT-Fähigkeiten: Autorenwerkzeuge und Medienproduktionswerkzeuge wie Articulate 360, Camtasia, Sharepoint, LMS
- Prompting-Wissen um KI-Tools gezielt einzusetzen
- Sprachkenntnisse: Englisch (verpflichtend), Deutsch (vorteilhaft)
- Softskills: selbstorganisiertes Arbeiten, um als voll integriertes Teammitglied mit eigenen Aufgabenbereichen eingebunden zu werden
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Fähigkeit zuzuhören und in den Austausch zu gehen mit Lernern, Fachexperten und Projektteams sowie Auftraggeber
- Interkulturelles Verständnis und Verhalten
- Pro-aktives Verhalten, zuverlässig in der Ausführung von Aufgaben
