To strengthen the existing team of a residential facility for people with disabilities with integrated day structure, we are looking for an:
Pedagogue / Curative education nurse / Nursing specialist / Career changer (M/F/d) based in Germany between Darmstadt and Aschaffenburg.

Tasks
- Care and care appropriate to the individual needs of adults with disabilities.
- Educational intervention, accompaniment and support in everyday situations
- Administration of medication and nursing assistance
- Accompaniment to medical appointments
- Intervention in crises
- Contribution of new ideas and views for the further development of the residential facility
- Objective observation, evaluation and documentation

**Requirements**:

- Work experience is desirable, but not a prerequisite.
- Willingness to work early and late shifts
- A driving license (class B) is desirable
- An appreciative and empathetic approach to clients (M/F/d)
- The ability to organize everyday life in the residential area with a view to the most self-determined living possible and a holistic perspective
- Organizational skills and pleasure in working independently
- Flexibility and team spirit

- Communication skills in German or English
