Your role

You\'d be working closely with the leadership team to develop and implement our tech strategy.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Hands-on leadership in designing and developing the AI/ML systems necessary for the product.
- Design, develop, deploy and maintain the software architecture with a focus on the particular needs of the legal market, such as trust, explainability, security and data protection.
- Hire, lead and manage a team of deep learning engineers and software developers across various functions.

**Profile**:
You are a talented, highly motivated and highly articulate tech leader with the experience of leading engineering teams for at least one software product that achieved good scale.

**Strong pluses**:

- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, designing and managing a software architecture as well as in full-stack development
- experience in designing and managing a software architecture
- experience in full-stack development
- Passionate about legal tech
- Previous startup experience
- Experience in building and leading large teams
- Strong product management skills
