Finance & Operations Intern (M/F/d) in Berlin

We are looking for a curious and driven high-potential to join our Visionaries Club Finance Team as a full-time Intern in Berlin, starting **November 2023 or January 2024.** In this role, you will be part of a young and highly entrepreneurial European venture firm and support our finance & operations team in all aspects of our fund's financial and administrative activities, such as investor communication, risk analyses computation, or management of our CRM database.

Visionaries Club is an early-stage venture capital fund backed by a selection of leading entrepreneurs, such as the founders of UiPath, Mollie, Miro, Flixbus, GetYourGuide, HelloFresh, and family businesses, such as Stihl, Oetker, Henkel, and Fiege. The fund invests in the Seed and Early Growth companies with a particular focus on the next big disruptors in B2B.

**Your job responsibilities**
- ** Become part of our finance team**: Support our CFO and Finance Managers in managing funds in the Seed and Early Growth stages while working alongside our experienced Analyst
- ** Operate the backbone of Visionaries Club**:

- Assist the fund in its financial, legal, and administrative matters
- Support our book-keeping, the preparation of financial statements and tax returns (with support of external service providers) and manage communication with relevant stakeholders
- Support our investor reporting (with the support of external service providers)
- Support the fundraising process for our new generation of funds and manage our investor CRM
- Conduct relevant risk analyses regarding our funds, investors, and portfolio companies
- ** Take Visionaries to the next level**:Help the team in strategic projects such as planning, structuring, and raising additional future funds
- ** Live out your entrepreneurial spirit through your own initiatives**

**Job Requirements**
- First work experiences in a high-paced environment, such as financial services companies, **or** the finance team of a start-up or private equity/venture firm
- Outstanding university degree (or in progress) or contrarian path with the courage to follow your passion instead of a traditional track, staying hungry and reaching higher
- Ability to wear multiple hats and remain organized with keen attention to detail
- Fast, analytical, structured, and creative thinking style
- Reliable, precise, and proactive working mode
- Confident in operating in German and English
- You should be flexible and take ownership
