Unser Kreativteam, mit Sitz in Berlin, verantwortet den gesamten Prozess von der Entwicklung unserer Eigenmarken-Kollektionen bis zum Launch. Das Team, bestehend aus Designern, Bekleidungstechnikern und Einkäufern, hat dabei immer die neuesten Trends und kommenden Top Seller im Blick.

Als **Assistant Buyer (m/w/d) **Guido Maria Kretschmer **verantwortest du die Entwicklung von unserer Guido Maria Kretschmer Womenswear / Menswear Kollektionen.

**Verantwortungen**
- Unterstützung der Kollektionsplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management und Brand Building Team
- Unterstützung bei der Analyse der Performance von Produktlinien und Ableitung von Optimierungspotentialen
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Designteam bei der Entwicklung saisonaler Sortimente zur Erhöhung der Marge und Profitabilität
- Implementierung und Controlling der Beschaffung und Herstellung der Ware
- Produktentwicklung und -design in Zusammenarbeit mit Fashion Influencern
- Verhandlungsführung mit internationalen Lieferanten bezüglich der Konditionen sowie Spezifikationen, Qualität, zeitlichem Ablauf und Lieferung

**Anforderungen**
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder têxtilwirtschaftliches Studium
- Erfahrung aus dem Bereich Fast Fashion/ Young Fashion Brands/ kommerzielle Fashion Brands
- Kenntnisse von Stoffen und Mengen sowie ein starkes Gespür für den Markt in Bezug auf Tendenzen, Wettbewerber, Preispolitik, etc.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen im Umgang mit Lieferanten sowie im Umgang mit internen Stakeholdern
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch
