Unser großes Sortiment aus über 2.400 hochwertigen Produkten, darunter frisches Obst und Gemüse, liefern wir dir bequem innerhalb von Minuten direkt an die Haustür. Unsere Kunden stehen für uns an erster Stelle, daher garantieren wir, dass alle Produkte immer frisch und sicher an ihrem Zielort ankommen. Neben unserem nationalen Sortiment bieten wir in allen Städten einzigartige lokale Produkte an. Unsere Standorte befinden sich in allen Großstädten, die Lieferung erfolgt stets nachhaltig, da wir mit E-Bikes ausliefern und recyclebare Verpackungen verwenden.

In deiner Rolle als **Working Student** **Workplace Experience (m/w/d)** unterstützt du unser Workplace Management Team bei allen Aufgaben in Bereich Office Management und bist somit zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für alle unsere Mitarbeiter:innen.

Stellenbeschreibung
- Du schaffst ein angenehmes und produktives Arbeitsumfeld für unsere HQ Mitarbeiter:innen
- Du hast ein offenes Ohr für interne Belange und findest immer eine Lösung mit einem Lächeln auf den Lippen
- Du hilfst bei der Organisation kleinerer Projekte, wie z.B. der Organisation von Veranstaltungen, der Vorbereitung von Meetings oder der Verbesserung des Büros
- Du verwaltest unsere Büromaterialien, Getränkevorräte, und alles was wir unseren Mitarbeiter:innen im Office anbieten und kreierst eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre für alle
- Du koordinierst externe Anbieter und Dienstleister (z.B. externe Gäste, Facility Management, Reinigungsfirmen, Lieferanten etc.) und bearbeitest eingehende Anfragen
- Du hast ein offenes Ohr für unsere Rider und Picker und unterstützt sie bei ihren Problemen
- Du unterstützt unsere People-Experience Team beim On
- und Offboarding neuer Mitarbeiter:innen und sorgst dafür, dass diese einen guten Start bei Flink haben

Qualifikationen
- Du studiert und hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in der StartUp Welt gesammelt
- Du hast ein Gefühl dafür, was den Mitarbeiter:innen wichtig ist und kümmerst dich gerne um ihre Belange
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, Informationen zu vermitteln und hast eine kreative Denkweise
- Du verfügst über eine organisierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hast ein gutes Zeitmanagement und kannst dich auch selbstständig Dingen annehmen
- Du kannst mit ad hoc Anfragen umgehen und sie lösungsorientiert bearbeiten
- Du sprichst deutsch und englisch fließend
