**Aufgaben**:
Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams am Community Desk in Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen sympathischen und freundlichen **Working Student (m/w/d)**. Mit deiner offenen und einladenden Ausstrahlung begrüßt nachmittags unsere Member und Mieter. Dein Auge für das Wesentliche und eine gute Organisationsstruktur machen dich zu einem kompetenten Ansprechpartner am Campus für alle Belange und helfen dir dabei, unsere Mieter und Member am Standort optimal zu betreuen.

**Folgende vielfältigen Aufgaben erwarten dich bei uns im Rahmen dieser spannenden Aufgabe**:

- Du betreust unseren Community Desk nachmittags zw. 13 und 17 Uhr und bist Ansprechpartner für alle Themen
- Du begrüßt unsere Member und Mieter mit einem warmen, freundlichen und einladenden Auftreten
- Du unterstützt das Community Team, indem du unsere Member und Mieter am Standort einander vorstellst und so eine tolle Community schaffst
- Du beantwortest kompetent alle Fragen von Mitgliedern und Gästen in Bezug auf das Gebäude und der Factory Network, einschließlich Wegbeschreibungen, Richtlinien und Verfahren, Community-Etikette, Memberships usw. zum einen über die Desk E-Mail-Adresse, aber auch per Slack oder persönlich am Desk
- Du unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung unserer internen Kommunikations-App Slack und unseres Factory Hammerbrooklyns-E-Mail-Accounts und leitest die E-Mails an die richtigen Kollegen:innen weiter
- Du übernimmst den Post
- / Paket Ein
- und Ausgangs sowie die richtige Zuordnung und benachrichtigst die Member per Slack
- Du arbeitest intensiv mit unserer Memberdatenbank Datatool speziell für Check-ins und Check-outs
- Du hältst den Community Desk sowie den Eingangsbereich stets sauber
- Du nimmst eingehende Anrufe entgegen und dokumentierst diese
- Du unterstützt bei allen operativen Themen wie Auslösen von Bestellungen, Einholung von Angeboten und Organisation der Ein
- und Auszüge unserer Mieter

**Anforderungen**:

- Du bist sehr kontaktfreudig, dienstleistungsorientiert und hast ein großes Interesse an der Hamburger Startup-Kultur
- Du studierst in Hamburg und bist bis zu 20 Std. pro Woche verfügbar
- Du bist leidenschaftlich und selbstbewusst, wenn es darum geht, das gewisse Extra an persönlicher Interaktion und herausragendem Kundenservice zu bieten
- Du besitzt eine außergewöhnliche Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen, auch in stressigen Situationen
- Du arbeitest proaktiv und lösungsorientiert und es fällt dir leicht, dich an neue Situationen anzupassen
- Du verfügst über hervorragende organisatorische, kommunikative und soziale Fähigkeiten und bist ein natürlicher Teamplayer
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
- Im Idealfall bringst du schon Erfahrung aus einer ähnlichen Position mit
- Du hast nichts dagegen mit anzupacken und bist bereit bzw. hast die Möglichkeit, am Nachmittag zw. 13 und 17 Uhr zu arbeiten
