Jira Service Owner (f/m/d)

The JIRA service owner will be responsible for building bridges between the organizational demands and the efficient setup and use of Jira and Rhenus policies. This will be done based on the existing standards that are already available within the organization.

- A position that builds bridges and collaborates with cross-functional teams across the organization
- Accelerate the adoption of Jira
- Leading Jira evolution (f.e. advanced roadmaps) to the next level in Rhenus
- Lead the change advisory board (CAB) for Jira
- Facilitate a support proces for JIRA and Confluence in line with overall support processes and policies.

- With good analytical skills, a structured way of working and process-matched thinking, you distinguish side issues from main issues.
- You can interpret and translate business and developer requirements into service project configurations
- You can optimize the customer experience through portal configurations and knowledge base design
- You have a solid knowledge of the functionalities of JIRA and how they interrelate, as well as profound experience in an Agile Enterprise environment.
- An open mind, goal driven attitude and good communication skills in English (spoken and written) complete your profile.
