To support our publishing team in Erlangen, Germany, we are currently looking for a

**Publishing Team Assistant**

part-time or full-time
**Qualifications** Job Responsibilities**
- Preparation of quotations and price calculation
- Order processing taking into account current import and export regulations as well as follow-up and complaint processing
- Inventory analyses and materials management
- Supporting our international business customers and suppliers in English and German

**Expected Qualifications**
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Willingness to get familiarized with various publishing tools and processes
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Great sense of responsibility

**What would be a plus?**
- Experience with accounting and/or taxes
- Experience in the gaming or media industry
