**Deine Aufgaben**
**Einblicke in die Strategieberatung**: Als Werkstudent (w/m/d) in unserem Learning and Development Team übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben im Bereich der Personalentwicklung und Trainingsorganisation. Du unterstützt bei allen Aktivitäten des Teilnehmermanagements, der Trainingsplanung und -durchführung, sowie der Eventorganisation als auch bei verschiedenen administrativen Aufgaben.
**Verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben**: Du bist aktiv in unser Tagesgeschäft integriert und erhältst somit einen breiten Überblick über operative Themen. Im Rahmen deiner Tätigkeit erlangst du personalwirtschaftliches Wissen und bekommst Einsicht in die grundlegenden Abläufe des Bereiches Learning & Development sowie der Planung und Durchführung von internationalen Events. Du bist für die Kommunikation und Vorbereitung der Teilnehmer:innen verantwortlich und steuerst zielgerichtet den administrativen Anmeldungsprozess.

Während deiner gesamten Zeit bei Strategy& kannst du außerdem auf fachliches und persönliches Mentoring zählen. Darüber hinaus erwartet dich ein überdurchschnittliches Gehalt sowie die Möglichkeit an nationalen und internationalen Events persönlich im Organisationsteam vor Ort mitzuwirken.
**Dein Profil**
**Studium**: Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Geistes
- und Sozialwissenschaften oder vergleichbar und überzeugst mit guten Leistungen.
**Erste Praxiserfahrung**: Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Praktika in der Beratung, im Dienstleistungssektor oder der Industrie absolviert oder sonstige Erfahrungen im Bereich Human Resources, Event
- oder Trainingsmanagement bzw. in der Veranstaltungsorganisation gesammelt.
**Kommunikationsstil**: Dich zeichnet eine sehr hohe Kommunikationsstärke sowohl in deutscher als auch in englischer Sprache aus. Es macht dir Spaß, im Team zu arbeiten und du bringst Organisationstalent und Eigeninitiative mit.
**Sonstige Kenntnisse**: Ein sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office ist für dich selbstverständlich. Erfahrung in Google G-Suite und Microsoft Teams ist ein Plus.
**Zeitlicher Umfang**: Du bringst eine Einsatzbereitschaft von durchschnittlich 20 Stunden pro Woche mit. In den Semesterferien ist ein zeitlicher Umfang von maximal 40 Stunden pro Woche möglich.
