For Hamburg Headquarters we recruiting a**Business Process Expert (M/F/d) Supply Chain**

Your new job includes
- As a Business Process Expert (M/F/d) Intralogistics in the Supply Chain, you ensure efficient, standardized and integrative processes in a cross-divisional and global context. You ensure and promote process knowledge within Gebr. Heinemann through the optimal use of training, support and monitoring procedures as well as the methods and tools used. In particular, you will- identify process disruptions and derive continuous improvement measures or rather initiate solutions and also provide cross-divisional support and advice on process-related procedures and the location of processes
- facilitate workshops and develop optimizations together with operational logistics, the control center and logistics interfaces
- drive automation measures and further develop processes together with the division managers as well as take over the central documentation and publication of processes
- identify change requirements as well as technical requirements with regard to systems and functions, identify and push the implementation across all disciplines
- provide technical leadership to key users and work with them to define, coordinate and release tests, as well as develop and provide training materials, including related documentation, in the appropriate format

What you should bring along
- Completed studies ideally with a focus on logistics / supply chain or a comparable completed education with several years of professional experience in the logistics environment, preferably in retail.
- Distinct technical previous knowledge in operational warehouse logistics, lean management or CIP methods as well as experience in project work paired with sound experience in the process-related environment (process development, modeling, documentation, simulation, implementation, optimization)
- Solid MS Office skills, especially in Excel and experience in the SAP environment [EWM, Retail] as well as in the use of Jira and Confluence
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills coupled with a high level of numerical understanding
- A good grasp of concepts as well as a very structured, conscientious and independent way of working in a fast-paced environment
- A communicative, assertive personality combined with strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills
