**English Teacher for our Secondary School**:

**Lehrer für Englisch (m/w/d) für die Mittelstufe** in Festanstellung.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Durchführen des Unterrichts im Fach Englisch in der Mittelstufe
- Ggf. Übernahme einer Klassenleitung
- Mitarbeit im Fachteam der Schule
- Mitwirkung an schulischen Projekten im Fachbereich
- Verbindung von Unterricht und digitalen Konzepten
- Dokumentation der Lernstände unserer Schüler (m/w/d) (Portfolioarbeit)
- Persönliche Begleitung und Beratung unserer Schüler (m/w/d) im Lernalltag und Förderung ihrer Fähigkeit zur Selbstbestimmung
**Ihr Profil**:
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Lehramtsstudium mit 2. Staatsexamen für Gymnasien/Gesamtschulen für das Fach Englisch
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrungen in selbstorganisiertem Lernen mit individueller Lernzielbestimmung hinsichtlich eines Endprodukts als Lernergebnis
- Sie bringen theoretische und praktische Erfahrungen im Umgang mit freien Schulkonzepten mit und vertreten die Grundsätze einer Pädagogik, die den Fokus auf die individuelle Entwicklung des Kindes setzt
- Sie verfügen über eine große didaktisch-methodische Vielfalt, Erfahrungen und Freude im Umgang mit digitalen Medien
- Sie können Aufgaben sowohl im Team als auch eigenverantwortlich bearbeiten, sind engagiert, kreativ und kommunikationsstark und besitzen eine natürliche Autorität
