We are looking for a UI designer (M/F/d) to join our Domain Network Planning (DNP) in Berlin.

DNP is the core of planning and scheduling long distance Flix buses across the globe. It consists of five teams that are building web based tools internally that are used to create bus schedules by our network planners, who are eventually the end-users of the products you will build. These products are highly complex and you will constantly thrive to improve the experience for our network planners. You will do this by creating excellent UI and visual designs, collaborating with the UX designer in planning design activities, facilitating and educating stakeholders through the design process.

**Your Tasks - Paint the world green**:

- Translate user insights into clear, precise and well-crafted usable user interfaces.
- Create wireframes, concepts, features and prototypes.
- Contribute to Flix design system and help us establish and follow visual guidelines for the domain.
- Conduct design QA and evaluate shipped work across multiple releases.
- Support in facilitating stakeholders through the design process.
- Assist in conducting user research (user labs, surveys, interviews...).
- Collaborate with stakeholders (designer, engineers, product owners).

**Your Profile - Ready to hop on board**:

- At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
- Solid knowledge with state of the art visual design-, prototyping-, vector
- and testing toolset.
- Passion for great designs and empathy for user needs.
- Collaborative mindset - winning together
- Proactive attitude, ready to take ownership.
- Practical know-how in planning, conducting and performing user research.
- Proficiency with interaction design and/or animation is a plus.
- You are a strong communicator with good English fluency, both verbally and written.
- Have a strong UI portfolio.
