**Hauptaufgaben**:
- Gewährleistung der Sicherheit und des Komforts der Gäste zu jeder Zeit
- Überwachung des Hotel
- und Front Office-Betriebs in der Nacht
- Durchführen von Check-Ins und Check-Outs
- Gästeservice und Handling von Gästebeschwerden
- Begrüßung von VIP-Gästen
- Beantworten von Gastanfragen entweder telefonisch oder persönlich und Bereitstellen der erforderlichen Informationen.
- Koordination mit dem Housekeeping-Department durch das Mitteilen von Spät-Abreisen, Früh-Anreisen und Sonderwünschen
- Vertretung des Night Managers in seiner Abwesenheit
**Wünschenswerte Fertigkeiten und Qualifikationen**:
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der gehobenen Hotellerie
- Sie haben 3 bis 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position, als Night Auditor oder am Front Office
- Sie überzeugen mit Ihrer natürlichen Freundlichkeit und Ihrer herzlichen Ausstrahlung
- Ein besonderes Gespür für Qualität und den Blick fürs Detail
- Sie sind ein Organisationstalent und arbeiten selbstständig
- Sie sprechen fließende Deutsch
- und Englisch
