**Your tasks and responsibilities**
- Cross-functional planning, coordination and controlling of ramp-up activities for the site Manching supporting the site strategy,
- Monitor recruiting progress is proceeding according to resourcing plans
- Set-up of standard reporting across Business Lines/Functions, deliver status reports to all stakeholders
- Project communication
- Assess risks and business impacts in collaboration with HRBP and Business
- Evaluate risk mitigation actions (e.g. priorization of staffing needs, escalation/arbitration site mgmt. committee)

**Desired skills and qualifications**:

- Preferably educated to degree level but not essential if balanced with relevant experience
- Previous experience could be from operations, project management, HR or technology teams.
- You enjoy crunching numbers
- You are an organizational talent and work reliably towards the best possible result
- Experienced use of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile
