Als Senior Infrastructure Solution Designer (m/w/d) bist Du - wie alle unsere Teammitglieder - eingeladen, Dich mit Deinen Gedanken einzubringen. - Du löst eigenständig auch komplexe Probleme oder Probleme, für die es bisher keine Vorgehensweise gibt- Du wendest interne und externe Best Practices an, um Prozesse zu verbessern und sinnvolle Standardisierungen umzusetzen- Du verfolgst und bewertest technische Entwicklungen Deines Fachgebiets und machst sie für die Organisation nutzbar- Du nutzt Deine Expertise und fundierten Erfahrungen, um die Aufgaben im Projektgeschäft in Deinem Fachbereich gemäß unserer internen Prozesse und Vorgaben gemeinsam im Team umzusetzen- Du übernimmst die Leitung von Projekten, fachliche Führung des Projektteams und Verantwortung für inhaltliche Projektarbeit (Konzeption, Umsetzung und Optimierungen)- Du arbeitest sehr strukturiert und selbstständig und unterstützt Kolleginnen und Kollegen mit Fachwissen und Erfahrung- Du übernimmst Verantwortung bei der Ausrichtung Deiner Fachrichtung auf unser funktionales Zielbild, sorgst für lebendigen Austausch zwischen unseren Säulen und lebst und förderst interdisziplinäre und säulenübergreifende ZusammenarbeitWas wir uns von Dir wünschen
- Du hast profundes Interesse an komplexen Zusammenhängen und eine ausgeprägte Begabung für Troubleshooting und Problemlösung- Fundierte und umfassende Kenntnisse und breites Fachwissen in Deinem Fachgebiet insbesondere in den folgenden Bereichen- Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen für die Beratung, Entwicklung, Planung sowie Erstellung von komplexen Low
- und High Level Designs- Design, Aufbau und Migration von Cloud-, On-Premises
- sowie Hybrid-Lösungsszenarien- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Firewall (Checkpoint/Cisco), Layer 2 u. 3 (Cisco), Load Balancer (F5), Internet Access/Proxy (McAfee)- Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Analyse, im Design und in der Implementierung von Systemarchitekturen (z.B. LAN/WAN/IT Security/Telekommunikation/Microsoft (Cloud) Lösungen)- Ganzheitliche Produktkenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Umfeld LAN/WAN/Voice/UCC (mit Herstellern wie z.B. Cisco, Unify, Microsoft)- Expertise in den folgenden Bereichen- Projektleitung- Konzeption und Design- Beratung unserer Kunden- Koordination und Betreuung von Dienstleistern, Lieferanten und Herstellern- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und nachgewiesene Kompetenz in den Bereichen LAN/WAN/Voice UC/Microsoft Technologien- Erfahrungen in der erfolgreichen Leitung von Projekten sowie Kenntnisse in der Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen- Die ausgeprägte Bereitschaft Dich schnell in neue Themen und Aufgabenstellungen einzuarbeiten- Hohen Qualitätsanspruch und die Bereitschaft, Schritt für Schritt besser zu werden- Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit und am Weitergeben von Wissen- Ausgeprägte Kunden
