HEAD OF STRATEGY AND OPERATIONS (F/M/D)

Your Tasks:

- Develop and execute the strategy for the COO area. Align with the overall organizational strategy.
- Develop the budget for the COO area. Work with stakeholders to ensure the budget is aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Develop operational plans for the achievement of COO area objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to ensure the COO area delivers results in a timely and efficient manner.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the COO, providing insight and recommending how to improve operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure the COO area functions efficiently and effectively.
- Provide regular reporting and updates on the progress of the COO area. This includes key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
- Represent the COO area at C-level meetings and other executive forums. Present key findings and recommendations.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.

We Appreciate:

- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field. Master's degree desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of Operations Management experience focused on strategy and budgeting.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-level executives and other stakeholders in a collaborative manner.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of best practices and methodologies used to manage Operations.
- Creative solution approach and ability to adapt quickly to new situations
