Job Description:
**Summary**:
Daily trouble shooting about process, root cause analysis and data collection, implement trial according to plan.
**Essential Functions**:
- Trouble shoot process issues and investigate the root cause
- Implement improvement actions and verify improvement effectiveness
- Implement trial according to trial plan
- Conduct experiment for process improvements and new production or new material development
- Create and refine the SOP; train a team of production staff
- 5S\Safety\Environment actions implementation and review
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- High School or equivalent
- 3+ years chemical process experience in a manufacturing company
- Fluent in MS Office Software
- Demonstrated ability using QC tools
- Basic written and verbal English preferred
- 6 Sigma or Lean knowledge preferred
- ISO9000, or/and QS9000 knowledge preferred
