Summary of Role
Maxeon is seeking a high-energy, market and customer-oriented Senior Director of Go to Market (GTM) & Product Lifecycle Management (PLC) as a critical member of our Product Organization. Maxeon is moving from a single product company into a solution company - a combination of hardware, software, experiences, services, and ecosystem - hence it needs to have a different and more holistic approach in delivering customer relevant propositions & experiences into the markets (=GTM). This role will be responsible for the overall Go to Market Strategy and approach covering Panels, non-panels, Value-added-Services, SunPower One complete proposition, new end consumer centric propositions such as balcony solar, etc.
A key element of this role will be to review current approach, strategize and implement a modern approach in-line with Maxeon’s company transformation.

**Main role and responsibilities**:
Define & establish GTM vision, strategy and set up, implement & refine GTM approach
Shape the company's GTM roadmap and aligning all functions accordingly
Define & develop new business processes - Enterprise and GTM
Design and execute an organizational model that allows rapid scale by geography, customer segment and product portfolio (hardware, software, services, etc )
Make sure that products, experiences, and integrated systems will be delivered within planned budgets & costs, quality, customer experience and on required time to market
Manage in market perspective - product lifetime management
Develop, track, and control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for spend and operations
Identify and mitigate issues, risks, and barriers to successful product launches and growth
Create and evolve success metrics across every step of the implementation lifecycle to ensure that we track against business goals and targets, allowing the company to achieve hyper-growth.
Establishes strategy and approach for new more consumer centric products such as balcony solar (B2C) or Value-Added-Services
Early involvement in product topics - work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver deep customer feedback and support prioritization of product management
Recruit and retain outstanding team members from diverse backgrounds. Lead a team of people to achieve the above.

**Requirements**:
15+ years of experience in business development, product management, management consulting, strategy/operations for technology/ product companies, or another related field.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to persuade a room of C-level executives at large enterprises.
Customer-focused, with strong user empathy and the ability to understand end-user needs and translate into actionable strategies.
Experience implementing process improvement and change management strategies
Entrepreneurial instinct. You thrive in a changing, ambiguous environment, and have a bias toward action.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly collaborative, adept in building relationships and communicating with stakeholders at every level.
Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically in the development and execution of program implementation and optimization functions
Low ego and excited to work across various functions to help move the business forward.
Clear track record of getting things done in a timely & efficient manner
Excellent writing and speaking skills; this individual must be able to communicate ideas and information clearly and concisely
